Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These terms apply when a business or authorized user accesses SaraBiT Fast Invoicing. By using the service, the subscriber agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
SaraBiT provides subscription-based access to sales invoicing features, including customers, products and services, GST-ready invoice preparation, printing, PDFs, operational sales information, and supported exports. The service is not accounting, bookkeeping, GST-return filing, or professional tax-advisory software.
2. Accounts and authorized use
- Account information must be accurate and kept current.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential and used only by authorized persons.
- The subscriber is responsible for activity performed through its tenant account.
- Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their service administrator.
3. Business and GST data
The subscriber controls the business, customer, item, invoice, and payment information entered into its account. The subscriber is responsible for having authority to use that information, for its accuracy, and for complying with GST, tax, consumer, record-retention, and other laws applicable to its business.
Tax calculations shown before saving are convenient previews. The saved server calculation is authoritative within the service, but the subscriber must review every invoice before issue.
4. Subscription, pricing, and expiry
Access is provided for the selected billing cycle and expiry date. The applicable price and discount are shown when the plan is assigned or renewed. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, renewal is not automatic. Prices or plan features may change for future subscriptions or renewals; existing paid periods are not repriced retrospectively.
5. Fair use
Users must not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, fake, or misleading invoices;
- attempt to access another tenant’s data or bypass security controls;
- upload malicious code or interfere with service availability;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where permitted by law; or
- use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
6. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim to provide reliable access, but maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, security events, third-party failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control may occasionally interrupt the service. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued where reasonably necessary. We will try to avoid material disruption and provide notice when practical.
7. Backups and customer copies
We maintain a good-faith operational backup system intended to assist with service recovery. Backups are not a guarantee that every record can be restored after every event. Subscribers should regularly download finalized invoices and exports needed for statutory records, business continuity, or their accountant.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when a subscription expires, payment remains due, security is at risk, law requires action, or these terms are materially breached. Where appropriate, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Finalized records are not casually deleted through normal application workflows.
9. Warranties
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will meet every industry-specific requirement, remain uninterrupted at all times, or independently determine a subscriber’s legal or tax obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SaraBiT and its service providers are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by incorrect user data, missed tax deadlines, unavailable third-party systems, or failure to retain the subscriber’s own required copies. For direct claims relating to the paid service, aggregate liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid for the affected service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana, Punjab will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the service or these terms. We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, pricing, or service changes. The updated date will be shown on this page, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
